Sister Simone Campbell and Holy Spirit Make Mischief for New Pope

This is, of course, the perfect way to #OccupythePapacy, courtesy of Sister Simone Campbell and Rachel Maddow.  Sister Simone’s idea, presented below, is that “the Holy Spirit is alive and well and making mischief” in the Catholic Church.

For example, as Rachel Maddow notes, the virulent opposition of Cardinal Bergoglio, now Pope Francis, against marriage equality in Argentina was markedly unsuccessful.

Is Sister Simone suggesting this was the Holy Spirit at work? Could the Holy Spirit have even more “mischief” in mind for Pope Francis on LGBT equality and women’s rights?  To quote la Palin, “You betcha.”
